Claims (1)
- 溶融炉内の金属溶湯を、前記溶融炉と連通した
ポンプシリンダ内に、該ポンプシリンダを真空に
して吸引し、再び前記溶融炉内に吐出する動作を
反復する金属溶湯撹拌装置において、前記ポンプ
シリンダの下部に耐火物によるノズル本体を設け
ると共に、該ノズル本体の少なくとも下側部に外
接して該ノズル本体を加熱する複数のヒータを保
持する耐火物によるヒータ保持体を配置し、かつ
、該ヒータ保持体と前記ノズル本体との間に平担
な耐火物焼成板を介在させたことを特徴とする金
属溶湯撹拌装置のノズル構造。
