Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 溶融炉内の金属溶湯を、前記溶融炉と連通
するポンプシリンダ内に吸引し、再び前記溶融炉
内に吐出する動作を反復する金属溶湯撹拌装置に
おいて、前記ポンプシリンダは、耐火物による内
筒と耐熱性金属による外筒からなり、該外筒の外
周には空間部を配し、該空間部を隔てて個々に取
り外し可能な複数のヒータを囲繞させてあること
を特徴とする金属溶湯撹拌装置の加熱機構。 (2) 前記内筒をなす耐火物が炭化珪素質耐火物
であることを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の金属溶
湯撹拌装置の加熱機構。 (3) 前記外筒をなす耐熱性金属が耐熱鋳鋼であ
ることを特徴とする請求項(1)または(2)記載の金
