Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに積層される複数枚のコイル板と、このコ
イル板相互を積層方向に連結するための複数のピ
ンとで構成され、かつ、 前記コイル板が、中央に透孔を有する絶縁性基
板と、この基板の内周部および外周部に列設され
た前記ピンの挿通用孔と、内周側のいずれかの孔
から外周側のいずれかの孔に至るほぼ螺旋状の導
体パターンとを備えているとともに、 各コイル板の導体パターンの内端または外端の
少なくとも一方がそこの孔に挿通されるピンを介
して積層状に隣り合う他のコイル板の導体パター
ンに電気的に接続されていることを特徴とするコ
イル装置。
