イフレーム、６はヒユーズである。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

- 電子回路に使用する半導体装置において、過電
流が流れた場合にヒユーズを溶断し他の回路部品
や機器を保護することを特徴とする半導体装置。
