からなるフリツプフロツプ回路と、一対のスイツ
チングＭＯＳトランジスタとによつてメモリセル
が構成された半導体メモリにおいて、 上記負荷が、温度の変化によつて抵抗値を制御
される可変抵抗素子からなる ことを特徴とする半導体メモリ。
