Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ (a) 内部に溶解液または希釈液が収納され
    た可撓性容器と、 (b) 該可撓性容器に連結されており、薬剤容
    器を支持するための容器支持手段を有するカプセ
    ルと、 (c) 前記容器支持手段によつて前記カプセル
    内に支持される薬剤容器と、 (d) 前記可撓性容器の内部と連通しており、
    薬剤容器の口部に穿刺可能な連通手段と、 (e) 連通手段を薬剤容器の口部に穿刺してい
    ないとき、該連通手段の流体通路を液密に閉止し
    ており、連通手段を前起薬剤容器の口部に穿刺し
    たとき、前記流体通路を閉止しない非閉止状態と
    なる閉止手段と からなる輸液容器。 ２ 前記連通手段が、カプセル側に刃先を有する
    中空の穿刺針であり、前記閉止手段が穿刺針の少
    なくとも刃先部分を液密にシールする袋状のシー
    ル部材である請求項１記載の輸液容器。 ３ 前記連通手段が、カプセル側に刃先を有し、
    かつ刃先が閉塞されるとともにカプセル側の側壁
    に通孔が穿孔されている中空の穿刺針であり、前
    記閉止手段が、前記通孔を塞ぐように、かつ穿刺
    針に摺動自在に嵌められたリング状のパツキンで
    ある請求項１記載の輸液容器。 ４ 前記穿刺針が、２つの流体通路を有する穿刺
    針である請求項２または３記載の輸液容器。
