- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 制御流体用流路と、この制御流体用流路に受
圧面が露呈してサツクバツクを行うダイヤフラム
とを備えているサツクバツクバルブであつて、前
記ダイヤフラムの受圧面が前記制御流体用流路の
流れ方向に沿つた内周壁面上に位置されているこ
とを特徴とするサツクバツクバルブ。 ２ 制御流体用流路と、この制御流体用流路に受
圧面が露呈してサツクバツクを行うダイヤフラム
とを備えているサツクバツクバルブであつて、前
記ダイヤフラムの受圧面が前記制御流体用流路の
流れ方向に沿つた内周壁面より該制御流体用流路
内に突出されて位置されていることを特徴とする
サツクバツクバルブ。 ３ 前記ダイヤフラムの取付面が前記受圧面の外
周側に該受圧面と段差をおいて形成されているこ
とを特徴とする請求項１、または２記載のサツク
バツクバルブ。
