- 透明基板面に赤、緑、青のフイルタを交互に並
べて形成したカラーフイルタにおいて、前記赤、
緑、青のフイルタのうち少なくとも厚さの厚いフ
イルタを、このフイルタより膜厚が薄い被染色基
材を染色した同色のフイルタ層を複数層積層した
構造としたことを特徴とするカラーフイルタ。
