  1. ベース上に、コイル状の材料を縦軸心姿勢で載
    置する回転テーブルを設けると共に、該ベースに
    立設した支柱上端の制御ヘツドに、回転テーブル
    上から巻戻されて所要装置へと供給される材料を
    案内するための案内ローラを有する揺動アームを
    、材料の速度変化に応じて揺動するように揺動自
    在に設け、この揺動アームの揺動を検出して回転
    テーブルの駆動モータを制御するための検出器を
    設けた材料供給装置において、前記案内ローラは
    、回転テーブル面に対して所定角度だけ傾斜して
    設けられていることを特徴とする材料供給装置。
