Claims (1)
- 測定ヘツド等からなる作業機構を備えた作業テ
ーブルを昇降駆動手段によつて下降させて、ワー
クに倣わせた状態に位置決めする機構において、
前記作業テーブルに、その重心位置を中心とした
円軌跡上の位置に前記ワークに当接する３本の脚
部を垂設し、また該重心位置を中心とした直交線
上に４つの位置にローラを設け、該各ローラには
垂直方向に形成したガイドに係合させる構成とし
たことを特徴とする作業テーブルのフローテイン
グ機構。
