Claims (1)
- レバーに設けられているボス取付け孔に挿通し
たボスを円周方向に溶接するためのボス溶接装置
であつて、上記レバーを所定の高さに固定するク
ランプ機構と、上記レバーのボス取付け孔に挿通
された状態の上記ボスの下端面を支持するととも
に上下方向に移動自在に設けられているボスセツ
ト台と、このボスセツト台を所望の高さまで移動
させることによつて上記レバーに対するボス端面
の位置を規制するボス高さ調整機構と、上記レバ
ーとボスとの溶接箇所に対向して配置される溶接
トーチと、この溶接トーチに対し上記溶接箇所を
ボスの軸回りに相対回転させるモータを備えた回
転駆動手段と、を具備したことを特徴とするボス
溶接装置。
