立壁部とを有する端子取り付け部材とを備え、 前記端子取り付け部材は、前記平板部の上面中
央に設けられかつ前記立壁部と交わる方向に延び
る端子取り付け用金属層と、前記立壁部の外側縁
面と前記平板部の側面のうち前記外側縁面を延長
した部分とに設けられたろう付け用金属層とを有
している、 半導体素子収納用パツケージ。
