図である。 図において、１は第１のＦＥＴ、２は第２のＦ
ＥＴ、３は第３のＦＥＴ、４は第１の抵抗、５は
第２の抵抗、６は第３の抵抗、７はグランドであ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を
示す。
図、第２図はこの考案の他の実施例の構成を示す
接続図、第３図は従来のＴ型可変減衰器の構成を
示す接続図、第４図は動作説明のための等価回路
図である。 図において、１は第１のＦＥＴ、２は第２のＦ
ＥＴ、３は第３のＦＥＴ、４は第１の抵抗、５は
第２の抵抗、６は第３の抵抗、７はグランドであ
る。なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を
示す。
Claims (1)
- 一端が接地され、他の一端が第２の抵抗の一端
及び第３の抵抗の一端に接続された第１の抵抗か
ら構成され、上記第２の抵抗の他の一端を入力端
子（あるいは出力端子）とし、上記第３の抵抗の
他の一端を出力端子（あるいは入力端子）とする
Ｔ型固定減衰器と、ドレイン電極が上記Ｔ型固定
減衰器の入力端子と接続されソース電極が上記Ｔ
型固定減衰器の出力端子と接続された電界効果ト
ランジスタを備えたことを特徴とする可変減衰器
。
