回路図である。 図において、１は１４波長線路、２は第一のＦ
ＥＴ、３は第二のＦＥＴ、４は第一のキヤパシタ
、５は第二のキヤパシタ、６は第一のインピーダ
ンス変換用線路、７は第二のインピーダンス変換
用線路、８はグランド、９はドレインソース間抵
抗、１０はドレインソース間容量である。なお、
図中、同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

- １４波長線路と、前記１４波長線路の一端にソ
ース電極（あるいはドレイン電極）が接続された
第一の電界効果トランジスタと、前記第一の電界
効果トランジスタのドレイン電極とソース電極間
に接続された第一のキヤパシタと、上記１４波長
線路の他の一端にソース電極（あるいはドレイン
電極）が接続された第二の電界効果トランジスタ
と、前記第二の電界効果トランジスタのドレイン
電極とソース電極間に接続された第二のキヤパシ
タとから構成されたことを特徴とする装荷型移相
器。
