- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 メモリセルアレイに記憶されたデータをセンス
アンプ、出力バツフア、出力トランジスタを介し
てデータ出力端子に読み出すようになされた半導
体記憶装置において、 上記データ出力端子をフローテイング状態又は
出力状態に切り換える出力イネーブル・バツフア
を設け、上記データを上記データ出力端子に読み
出す場合、常にフローテイング状態から読み出す
ようにしたことを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。
