There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, with this type of board, the decorative surface may deform into a mountain shape, lack insulation due to the lack of a backing material, and condensation water and leaked rainwater may accumulate inside the board and corrode the base and the board itself. There was a drawback. Moreover, the water stored in the joints of the boards,
In severe cold weather, it becomes ice and expands in volume, deforming the connecting parts and causing the boards to separate.
Furthermore, when this type of board is connected to form a wall, the joints and joints are clearly visible, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

The vertical cross section is scalene trapezoidal, and at least one or more decorative groove is formed that has a shape almost the same as the vertical cross section of the joint when the wall is formed, so that the joint also forms one unified pattern of the wall. It has a smooth and beautiful appearance, and has an engaging part at the upper end for forming the above-mentioned joint from the slope part, the joint base part, and the rib-like protrusion, and has a decorative surface,
The concave area surrounded by the locking part, the inclined part, the joint base part, and the outer surface of the protrusion is integrated with the constituent materials using self-adhesive properties, and is also integrally filled with synthetic resin foam that also serves as the core material. The decorative surface will not be scratched, deformed, warped, or twisted, and the engagement force of the connecting part will be significantly strengthened to prevent separation, and it will also improve workability, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, fire prevention, cushioning performance, and productivity. To propose a board that has good vibration-proofing properties, suppresses the accumulation of water in a locking part of the board, and can constitute a wall body having beautiful joints rich in three-dimensional effect.

The figure is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board. 1 is a flat surface material, and an embossed thin metal plate is formed into a concave cross section as shown in FIG. 2, and is mainly used as a decorative material, a reinforcing material, and functions as an elasticity imparting material. That is, the surface material 1 includes a rectangular decorative surface 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as the decorative surface), a decorative groove 3 formed at an appropriate position, and a locking portion 4 formed at one end of the decorative surface 2, the lower end of which is L-shaped in the figure. The upper end of the decorative surface 2 is formed from an engaging part 9 formed into an outwardly deformed L-shape, and a fixing part 12 whose upper end is extended upward. To explain further, at least one decorative groove 3 is formed in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the decorative surface 2, and is mainly used to prevent warping, twisting, and unevenness of the decorative surface 2, and to prevent the wall surface when the board is installed. The wall 1 is made so that it is difficult to distinguish between the joints and the decorative groove 3.
This design not only creates a beautiful appearance with a unified pattern, but also helps create a three-dimensional feel despite its size. To explain more specifically, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, a so-called vertical bottom surface 3a, and a horizontal upper surface 3b that extends outward from its upper edge at θ 1 (right angle) and a horizontal upper surface 3b and a lower end. The edge is formed from a lower sloped surface 3c that slopes upward at the rear at an angle θ 2 (acute angle). Further, the locking portion 4 is formed by bending the lower end of the decorative surface 2 inward to form a substantially L-shaped longitudinal section. To explain further, the locking part 4 is connected to the decorative surface 2 by θ 3
= 90°, so-called horizontal or almost horizontal bottom side 5, upwardly facing substantially vertical locking piece 6, and locking piece 6
It is formed from a tongue piece 7 whose tip is bent outward or inward (not shown) in the shape of a seam. In addition, the bottom side 5 shortens the length from the decorative surface 2 to the locking piece 6 to minimize deformation of the locking part 4 , and the three-dimensional appearance of the joint is created by shading at a right angle or an angle close to this. At the same time, the locking part 4
Condensation water stored on the back side of the surface and rainwater caused by leakage are discharged to the outside, and the surface material 1 is a synthetic resin foam to be described later.
and drainage parts 8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8 for suppressing corrosion, deterioration, etc. of the base material (not shown).
The locking piece 6 has a large surface area in contact with the engaging part described later, and also functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 has a protrusion described later. To eliminate the danger during work by forming a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon from occurring at the engagement part with the strip and by preventing the tip of the locking piece 6 from becoming sharp like a knife during construction. It's useful. Furthermore, water draining portions 8, 8a, 8b, 8
To explain about c and 8d, the water draining parts 8 and 8
a, 8b, 8c, 8d are Fig. 3 a to h, Fig. 4 a
-i, Figures 5 a-f, Figures 6 a, b, and 7
As shown in Figures a to c, either or both of the bottom side 5 and the locking pieces 6 are provided at appropriate pitches. That is, in FIGS. 3a to 3h, the drain portion 8 is formed along the lower end of the base 5, the end on the so-called locking piece 6 side, and FIG. 3A is a semicircle, and FIGS. B and C are elliptical. , d figure is rectangular, e figure is square, f figure is 3

It is something. Later, the horizontal surface 12c that protrudes by Δh allows the use of a flat plate material such as a steel belt to convey the surface material 1 , and the rotation speed can be much higher than that of a mold such as a caterpillar, which greatly improves productivity. Moreover, it is possible to reduce costs. Note that the angle θ 4 is set only on the surface where the tongue piece 7 contacts in order to strengthen the engagement force.
Preferably, it is inclined. The specific angle θ 4 is selected depending on dimensions such as the height h 1 of the base 5 and the width W of the surface material 1 . Reference numeral 13 denotes a fixed part which vertically extends the lower edge of the outer side 12c of the protrusion 12, and mainly fixes the surface material 1 in a position where rainwater does not leak, as shown in FIG. ,
It is useful for fixing to (framework, base plate) A via nails B. Reference numeral 14 denotes a tongue piece formed at the tip of the fixed part 13 as necessary, and is mainly used to prevent danger during construction and to prevent deformation such as waving of the fixed part. 15 is a concave portion surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the decorative groove 3, the bottom side 5, and the back surface of the engaging portion 9 ; 16 is a synthetic resin foam that is integrated into the concave portion 15 using self-adhesive properties; It functions primarily as a heat insulator, core material, cushion material, reinforcing material, adhesive, soundproofing material, moisture proofing material, and rustproofing material. Its shape corresponds to the recess 15, and
A notch 17 is provided at the end near the locking portion 4 so that a gap of approximately triangular or rectangular shape (not shown) is formed between the bottom and the tongue piece. The raw materials for the synthetic resin foam 16 include resins for polyurethane foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, resins for phenol foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, water, etc.). Aluminum oxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. In order to form the synthetic resin foam 16, the raw material is discharged into the recess 15, placed, etc., reacted and foamed, and then integrated using the self-adhesive property at that time. Reference numeral 18 denotes a backing material made of a sheet-like material that covers the backside of the synthetic resin foam 16 to make the board a sanderch structure, improving the mechanical strength of the board itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorbing sheet, It is useful as a soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Pb, Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, glass cloth.

がある。 As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Capillarity does not occur in the continuous structure of the locking part and the engaging part, and rainwater does not leak inside the surface material due to the tongue of the locking part and the protrusion of the engaging part. It has the characteristic that it does not corrode the foundation or the inside of the wall. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since water drainage parts are formed at appropriate pitches in the locking part, even if condensation forms on the locking part, it does not accumulate in the locking part and flows to the outside, preventing rust on the surface material and preventing condensation. It has the feature that water does not turn into water and separate from the engagement part. In addition, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board does not deteriorate in appearance due to warping, twisting, or bending. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the appearance is the same as the joint when the boards are connected, and the joint functions as a pattern like a conventional wall, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. There is. In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have a scalene trapezoidal vertical cross section, which allows for better drainage and creates a three-dimensional effect rather than the actual dimensions. Furthermore, by creating a height difference of Δh between the joint base and the fixed part, and by matching the height relationship between the locking part and the engaging part, the area in which the base and the board come into direct contact is small, and Since there is a synthetic resin foam that also has cushioning properties, the transmission of vibration to the board is small, and the connection part has the advantage of being difficult to separate. In addition, since the recess is integrally filled with synthetic resin foam and the back side is covered with a sheet-like material, when a board wall with a sanderch structure is formed, it has excellent soundproofing, heat insulating, and vibration proofing properties. It is characterized by significantly improved fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. In addition, since the concave portion 14 is formed to have a cross section that can be used as a mold material, it can be conveyed by a steel belt or the like, which greatly improves productivity.
