Claims (1)
- 成膜装置内で基板を保持するための機構であつ
て、一方の面が凹面であり、この凹面に基板背面
が密着固定される背板と、この背板を保持するた
めのホルダと、前記背板の他方の面を冷却面また
は加熱面に押圧するための背板押圧機構とを備え
た成膜装置の基板保持機構。
