Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中空円筒形の冷却筒１と、 上記冷却筒１の上部に冷却筒の内周に沿つて形
成された環状流路１３と、 上記環状流路１３内に外部から冷却水を供給す
る給水管２と、 上記環状流路１３から上記冷却筒１の冷却空間
１５内へ冷却水を噴出する複数の放水孔１８と、 上記放水孔１８から噴出する冷却水を上記冷却
筒１の内壁に沿つて一方向に施回させるよう誘導
する複数のガイド片４と、 上記冷却筒１の上部中央に設けられ、外部から
溶融したプラスチツク原料を導入する流入口３１
と、上記プラスチツク原料を上記冷却筒の冷却空
間１５内へ押し出す複数のダイス孔３２とを有す
るダイス３，３０と、 上記複数のダイス孔３２に沿つて回転移動する
カツタ７を具えた回転体６と、 駆動軸８を介して上記回転体６を回転せしめる
モータ９と、 上記冷却筒１の下部に設けられた冷却水及び粒
状プラスチツクの排出口１７と、 から構成されたことを特徴とする押出し成形形造
粒機冷却装置。
