Claims (1)
- 周回するカツタで切断され遠心力で半径方向に
飛散する溶融状ペレツトを冷却して固化させる冷
却装置を、前記ペレツトの飛散方向に対向する内
周面を備えた傘状の外板と、この外板を底板とす
る中空環状に形成され給水源に接続された給水室
と、前記外板およびその下方の内板で中空環状に
形成され下端部に排出口を有する造粒室と、前記
外板の内周面上端部とその内側に設けた環状板と
の間に形成され複数個の通水口により前記給水室
と連通する環状の流水室と、この流水室内に複数
個の流水通路を隔成するように円周方向に並設さ
れた複数個の羽根とで構成するとともに、前記流
水通路から噴出して前記外板内側に形成される水
膜が前記ペレツトの飛散方向にほゞ沿うように前
記流水通路を傾斜させたことを特徴とする可塑性
物質の造粒装置。
