- パツケージ基材のスルーホールに圧入する圧入
部と、圧入部につながり外部回路への接続を果た
す端子部とからなる端子ピンにおいて、スルーホ
ールに対する圧入部の挿入深さを決める位置決め
用の鍔部が、端子部と反対側になる圧入部の先端
に設けられていることを特徴とする半導体パツケ
ージ用端子ピン。
