Claims (1)
- 熱伝導率の大きい板状部材に等距離、等間隔に
複数個の孔を平行に設け、これらの孔に同一極性
の棒状電極を、それぞれ絶縁部材を介して嵌着し
、前記板状部材の周辺に、これを冷却する流体の
通路を設けてなる直交形ガスレーザの分割電極冷
却装置。
