るまで主要機能部をＯＦＦ状態に保持するウエイ
トタイマと、 外部から供給されたテスト要求信号を前記テス
ト部へ出力するテスト要求信号入力端子と、 ウエイトタイマが機能している間はテスト要求
信号の入力に拘らず前記テスト部の動作を禁止す
る制御部と、を含むことを特徴とするワンチツプ
マイクロコンピユータ。
