Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 付勢手段３３によつて付勢される斜板１１と、
    上記斜板１１によつてストロークが規制されるピ
    ストン８をシリンダ７１内に内蔵すると共に主軸
    ５に連結されたシリンダブロツク７と、上記シリ
    ンダブロツク７のピストンヘツド側の面に摺接し
    て高圧側ポート１６、低圧側ポート１８および制
    御ポート１９を有する弁板１４を備えて、上記弁
    板１４の高圧側ポート１６を通して高圧液をシリ
    ンダ７１内に流入させる一方、弁板１４の低圧側
    ポート１８を通して低圧液を排出することによつ
    て上記シリンダブロツク７および主軸５を回転さ
    せると共に、上記制御ポート１９に加える油圧を
    切り換えて上記斜板１１の角度を切り換え、上記
    主軸５の回転の速さを制御するようにした可変容
    量形油圧モータにおいて、 上記斜板１１の動きに制動をかけるダンパー３
    ０を設けたことを特徴とする可変容量形油圧モー
    タ。
