Claims (1)
- 枠形のベースのＸ軸に平行な対向する２辺上に
それぞれ設置された１対のＸ軸ガイドレールと、
前記各Ｘ軸ガイドレールの近傍に平行に設置され
前記ベースに両端が固定された２本のＸ軸ボール
ねじと、両端が前記Ｘ軸ガイドレールに沿つて移
動可能で両端に前記Ｘ軸ボールねじに組み込まれ
たボールナツトを回転自在に取り付けたＹ軸に平
行な複数個のＸ可動台と、前記各Ｘ可動台上に設
けられベルト連結のトルク伝達機構により前記各
Ｘ可動台に固定されたＸ軸サーボモータで両端の
ボールナツトを同相で回転させるＸ軸駆動機構部
と、前記各Ｘ可動台に設けられ前記Ｘ可動台に回
転可能に取り付けられたＹ軸ボールねじを前記Ｘ
可動台に固定されたＹ軸サーボモータで回転させ
前記Ｘ可動台上に設けられたＹ軸ガイドレールに
沿いＹ可動台を移動させるＹ軸駆動機構部とを備
えたことを特徴とする多ヘツドＸＹ移動装置。
