ードバツク用信号線がシールドされた電線である
ことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 ２ 引出線として、駆動用電源線とフイードバツ
ク用信号線とを備えたモータにおいて、前記駆動
用電源線およびフイードバツク用信号線が、それ
ぞれ別個にシールドされた電線であることを特徴
とする超音波モータ。
