Claims (1)
- フイルタを介して室内に空気を循環供給し室内
の清浄度を一定に保持するようにした空調装置を
備えた半導体工場などのクリーンルームにおいて
、クリーンルームの天井面あるいはフリーアクセ
ス中に高感度の浮遊微粒子検出器とこの検出器よ
りも高濃度の浮遊微粒子または煙で動作するイオ
ン化式あるいは光電式の煙感知器を設け、また上
記空調装置が正常に運転されクリーンルーム内が
正圧に保持されているか否かを検出する空調装置
の異常を検出する手段を設け、さらにクリーンル
ームの製造装置内にガス検出器あるいは火災感知
器を設け、上記浮遊微粒子検出器の動作とそれ以
外の感知器、ガス検出器または空調装置の異常を
検出する手段の作動の有無とによつて警報器また
は消化装置などの所定の機器を制御するようにし
たことを特徴とするクリーンルームの防災装置。
