Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of support or release of a holder by latching and locking a latch of a tip of an operation piece of a holder to a hole of a housing so as to surely support and fix the holder to the housing when the holder is mounted to the housing and depressing the latch so as to release the lock between the latch and the hole when the holder is removed from the housing. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 10 is fixed by abutting a rib 11 of a base 8 and a projection 30 of a cover 9 from both sides and holding. A holder 16 is inserted to a battery accommodation section via a notch. When the holder 16 is inserted, the lock piece of the holder 16 and the projection 18 of the base 8 are engaged with each other and the holder 16 is supported to the base 8 without a play. When the battery 14 is replaced, a recessed part 19a of an operation chip 19 of the holder 16 is pushed from the rear side of the base 8 with a tip of a screw driver 20 to release the engagement between the latch 19b and the hole 21 and the holder 16 is drawn to remove the holder 16, that is, the battery 14 from the transmitter 4.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In such a conventional example, the holder 16' is fixed with the screw 47 because the holder 16', that is, the battery is not easily removed. This is to prevent the risk of the battery being swallowed by removing the holder 16'. However, fixing the holder 16' with the screws 47 is cumbersome because the screws 47 must be removed when replacing the battery, and there is also a risk that the screws 47 may be lost. Therefore, the holder 16 can be used without screws.
There was a demand for a structure that would prevent the ' from being easily removed.

The base 8 and cover 9 are connected as follows.
That is, the printed circuit board 10 is placed on the rib 11 of the base 8, and the cover 9 is positioned slightly above the base 8, as shown in FIG. Make it correspond. Then, push the cover 9 diagonally downward as shown by the arrow in the figure, so that the tip of the engagement protrusion 13 and the engagement piece 3
The second engagement hole 32a is engaged with the second engagement hole 32a. In this case, base 8
Only the X dimension on the side is caught on the cover 9 side. At this time, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 13 and the engagement piece 32 prevents vertical shaking, and furthermore, the width of the engagement protrusion 13 is adjusted so that the width of the engagement hole 32a is adjusted as shown in FIG. By making the width approximately the same as the width, it is possible to prevent the base 8 and the cover 9 from shaking in the left and right direction. L protruding from both sides of the battery storage section 15 of the base 8
As shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), a protrusion 37a is formed inside the rib 37 of the mold, and a protrusion 38a that engages with this protrusion 37a is formed on a rib 38 protruding from the cover 9. .

The printed circuit board 10 is fixed by being held between the ribs 11 of the base 8 and the protrusions 30 of the cover 9 by coming into contact with them from both sides. Further, the positioning of the printed circuit board 10 is performed by inserting the boss 12 of the base 8 into the hole 34a and the notch 34b of the printed circuit board 10, so that the printed circuit board 10 can be secured between the cover 9 and the base 8 by screwing in place. I am doing it without using it. Further, the tip surfaces of the protrusions 22 and 31 provided on the base 8 and the cover 9 respectively come into contact when the base 8 and the cover 9 are combined. Therefore, even if the surface of the cover 9 other than the operating portion 29a is pressed, no load is applied to the printed circuit board 10.

Next, a case where the transmitter 4 is installed on the wall surface 1 will be explained. FIG. 5 shows a wood screw 41 for attaching the transmitter 4, and the threaded portion 41a is only formed halfway;
The washer 42 can be inserted only up to the base 41b of the wood screw 41. Therefore, the wood screw 41 can only be tightened up to the washer 42,
It will not close any further, ensuring that the Y dimension in the figure remains constant. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1(c) and 4, an inclined surface 44 is formed in the upper part of the hole 43 through which the wood screw 41 of the boss 12 of the base 8 is inserted.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention includes a holder for holding a battery that is slidably mounted in the housing through a notch provided in the main part of the housing of the transmitter, and an elastic operation mechanism for the holder. At the same time, a hook is formed at the tip of the operation piece, and a hole is drilled in the housing to catch and lock the hook when the holder is attached to the housing. When the holder is attached to the housing, the hook at the tip of the operating piece of the holder is hooked into the hole in the housing to securely hold and fix the holder to the housing. By pushing the button to release the stop between the hook and the hole, there is no need for screws and the holder cannot be easily removed from the housing.
