- バターホツパー及びバターポンプを介して押出
ノズルからバターを連続してシート状に押出すも
のにおいて押出ノズルのノズル口に縦方向の切れ
目をシート状バターに入れるカツターを一定間隔
に複数個設けると共にシート状バターに更に横方
向の切れ目を入れる回転カツターを押出ノズルの
前面に横設してなるシート状バター製造装置。
