Claims (1)
- 本体１内にパン生地を収容するパン容器３と、
パン生地を加熱するヒーター６と、パン生地を練
る羽根２と、羽根２を回転させるモーター４と、
前記モーター４とヒーター６を制御する制御回路
８を有し、かつ、パン生地の混練、発酵、ガス抜
き、焼き上げを自動的に行う自動製パン機におい
て、予め設定された異常温度の検知時に回路を開
く異常温度検出器９をモーター４に設け、かつ異
常温度検出器９はモーター４を駆動するモーター
駆動回路１７とは別回路のパン容器３の装着によ
り閉路する容器スイツチ７あるいはパン生地温度
を検知する容器センサー１１と直列に接続して設
け、更に制御回路８は異常温度検出器９の検出信
号により異常を表示する表示部１８と、異常警告
するブザー１９を設けると共に正常な温度に戻つ
ても自動復帰せず、スタートボタン１２を押す迄
同じ状態を続けるようにしたことを特徴とする自
動製パン機。
