Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状の接続部内を隔壁部で仕切ることにより空
気室と液体により満たされる圧力室を形成し、空
気室の気密を保つて該空気室側の信号線と圧力室
側の信号線とを電気的に接続させるための接続部
の耐圧構造において、 圧力室側と空気室側の信号線同士を電気的に接
続するリードを有する表面が平滑な基板を形成し
、 前記隔壁部を接続部と一体に形成し、この隔壁
部に空気室側で前記基板の外径に適合すると共に
、圧力室側で広くなるようなテーパ状のスリツト
を設け、 前記基板をこのスリツトに挿入して、接続部を
形成する材質と膨張係数が近くかつ接続部と基板
の両方に接着性のよい接着剤をスリツトに充填し
て固着させたことを特徴とする接続部の耐圧構造
。
