【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による２種類の発
振周波数をもつ弾性表面波発振器の構成を示す図
第２図は第１図の内の一部分詳細回路例を示す図
第３図は従来の弾性表面波発振器の構成を示す図
である。 図中１ａは弾性表面波共振器を構成している圧
電体基板、１ｂ，１ｃは圧電体基板上に構成され
たアルミニウム薄膜電極、２は弾性表面波共振器
と組み合わせて正帰還回路を構成するための増幅
器３は正帰還回路からの発振電力をとり出すため
の高周波電力分配器、４は弾性表面波発振器が外
部回路からの影響を受けなくするための緩衝増幅
器５はこの弾性表面波発振器の発振出力端子、６
ａ，６ｂは弾性表面波共振器を切換えるための共
振器切換器、７は共振器切換器６ａ，６ｂを制御
するための信号入力端子である。なお、図中同一
符号は、同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弾性表面波共振器と増幅器とで正帰還回路を構
    成し、弾性表面波共振器の共振周波数で発振させ
    るようにした弾性表面波発振器において、同一の
    圧電体基板上に構成された、共振周波数の異なる
    複数の弾性表面波共振器と、上記弾性表面波共振
    器の中から１つの弾性表面波共振器を選択する切
    換え用ダイオードで構成された弾性表面波共振器
    切換器を有することを特徴とする弾性表面波発振
    器。
