この考案は膜状材を、積層した支持体に溶着

る。例えば実開昭59−20808号に開示されたもの
などがあり、第4図その1例を示す。第4図にお
いて従来の積層型フイルタエレメントの各層の支
持体25は、中央貫通孔26aを有するボス部2
6の側方外周に環形板状の内枠部27、過部2
8、外枠部29を具えて合成樹脂で成形されてお
り、その中央貫通孔26aを連通させて積層さ
れ、四ふつ化エチレンなどの多孔質膜でなる環状
材30の外周縁30aが外郎部29に、内周縁
30bが内枠部27に溶着されてフイルタエレメ
ントを形成している。材30は過部28の上
下両面をそれぞれ被うように溶着され、支持体2
5の過部28は網目状になつていて中央貫通孔
26aと連通している。

は低温傾向となり温度不均一で材溶損あるいは
溶着不完全を生じ、フイツタエレメントのシール
性に問題が生じていた。

部4の上下面を被つており、その外周縁6aは薄
肉部5aに、内周縁6bは内枠部5にそれぞれ溶
着されている。このような支持体1は第2図のよ
うに必要個数積重されて積層型フイルタエレメン
ト7が形成される。
