- 少なくとも上面及び底面の上下対称の位置にそ
れぞれ複数の金属端子部を設けたアルミナ、ガラ
スエポキシ等の絶縁基板と、上記絶縁基板上に接
着により固定されたセラミツク、プラスチツク等
のキヤツプとから成り、上記絶縁基板の側面に形
成したほぼ台形状または楕円状の凹部に上記の上
下対称位置の金属端子部間を接続する側面電極部
を形成したことを特徴とするチツプ部品。
