- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 測長器を構成する光学干渉計において、光
源への戻り光を除いたフアブリ・ペロー型構造を
なすもので、反射素子が半透鏡の直交体で構成さ
れたものを特徴とする測長器の構造。 (2) 反射素子が正レンズとその焦点位置に半透
鏡をもち構成されたものを特徴とする請求項１記
載の測長器の構造。 (3) 反射素子が直角プリズムで構成されたもの
を特徴とする請求項１記載の測長器の構造。
