Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザと、この半導体レーザの出力
光を平行光化するレンズと、このレンズを通つた
光束を偏光ビームスプリツタを介して与えられる
ビームスプリツタと、このビームスプリツタによ
つて得られる反射光を受光する受光素子とよりな
り、この受光素子の出力が一定値になるように半
導体レーザを制御し、前記ビームスプリツタを透
過して得られるビームを空間ビームとして出力す
るようにした光源にして、前記半導体レーザ、偏
光ビームスプリツタ及び受光素子を一定の温度に
制御するように構成した空間ビーム出力型光源。 (2) １つ反射光が前記受光素子に導かれるよう
に構成されたビームスプリツタを有する実用新案
