フ、第４図は本件ホーンアンテナ１１を自動車の
後方監視のためのレーダ装置に用いた場合の指向
特性を示す図、第５図は絶縁体１４への電磁波の
入射角と反射係数との関係を示すグラフ、第６図
は絶縁体１４を軸線１１に対して角度θ２だけ
傾けて配置した場合の放射パターンを示すグラフ
、第７図は従来技術によるホーンアンテナ１を用
いた後方監視レーダの指向特性を示す図である。 １１……ホーンアンテナ、１２……給電導波管
、１３……開口部、１４……絶縁体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 給電導波管の開口部に絶縁体を設け、該開
    口部における電磁波の振幅分布を制御し、サイド
    ローブを発生させることを特徴とするホーンアン
    テナ。 (2) 前記絶縁体は、板状に形成され、その厚さ
    は、該絶縁体の比誘電率をε、送受信信号の波長
    をλとするとき、λ／（２・√）の整数倍に形
    成することを特徴とする請求項第１項記載のホー
    ンアンテナ。
