第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるＰＩＮダイ
オードスイツチの図、第２図は従来のＰＩＮダイ
オードスイツチの図である。１はＰＩＮダイオー
ド、２はコイル、３はコンデンサ、４はバイアス
端子、５は高周波信号用端子、６はバイアスカツ
トコンデンサである。なお、図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

オードスイツチの図である。１はＰＩＮダイオー
ド、２はコイル、３はコンデンサ、４はバイアス
端子、５は高周波信号用端子、６はバイアスカツ

Claims (1)
- ＰＩＮダイオードを複数個直列に隣りと互いに
電気的特性方向が逆になるように接続したＰＩＮ
ダイオード列、コイルの一端に他端を接地したコ
ンデンサを接続してバイアス電流入力端子とした
バイアス用回路、上記ＰＩＮダイオード列のＰＩ
Ｎダイオードのアノード側が向き合つて接続され
た部分に上記バイアス用回路を接続し、カソード
側が向き合つて接続された部分に他端を接地した
コイルを接続し、さらにこのＰＩＮダイオード列
の両端を高周波信号用端子としたことを特徴とす
るＰＩＮダイオードスイツチ。
