Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ダイオードのバイアス電流をＯＮ―ＯＦＦ
    制御することにより高周波伝送路の切換接続を行
    うダイオード切換器において、上記ダイオードを
    複数個かつ同方向に並列接続構成としたことを特
    徴とするダイオード切換器。 (2) 並列接続されるダイオードは電気的特性が
    ほぼ等しいことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のダイオード切換器。 (3) ダイオードのＯＦＦ時における浮遊容量を
    バイパスコンデンサとして利用したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
    記載のダイオード切換器。
