Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダとピストンロツドとからなる伸縮
部材の外周側にコイルスプリングを配設したスト
ラツトとロアアームとで車輪を上下揺動可能に支
持したストラツト式サスペンシヨンにおいて、上
記ピストンロツドの上部に嵌装固着された内筒と
、該内筒の下部においてピストンロツドに嵌装固
着されたバンプストツパ用プレートと、上記内筒
の上部外側に対向位置する上方外筒部の下縁に車
体取付フランジ部を構成したアツパ取付ブラケツ
トと、上記内筒の下部外側に対向位置すると共に
上記アツパ取付ブラケツトの上方外筒部の内径よ
り大なる内径を有する下方外筒部の上縁に車体取
付フランジ部を構成したロア取付ブラケツトと、
ほぼ円環状をなし上記内筒の外面、バンプストツ
パ用プレートの上面、アツパ取付ブラケツトの上
方外筒部およびロア取付ブラケツトの下方外筒部
の各内面とに一体的に加硫接着したマウントラバ
ーとから上部支持部材を構成し、アツパ取付ブラ
ケツトおよびロア取付ブラケツト双方の車体取付
フランジ部を重ねて車体側部材に共締め固着する
と共に、上記コイルスプリングの上端部を支持す
るアツパスプリングシートのコイルスプリング支
持面の内周近傍より上方に向つて窄まるよう形成
されたほぼ円錐状部の上端を上記ロア取付ブラケ
ツトの下方外筒部に圧入固着したことを特徴とす
るストラツトマウント部構造。 (2) 請求項(1)に記載のバンプストツパ用プレー
トは、その外周縁に下方に向けて末広がりとなる
カツプ状部が設けられていることを特徴とするス
トラツトマウント部構造。
