Claims (1)
- 振動電極部と該振動電極部から延設された引出
電極部とが圧電基板に形成されていると共に、上
記振動電極部とその周囲の振動領域が、所定のク
リアランスをもつて保護基板で保護され、かつ引
出電極部が外部電極と導通しているチツプ型圧電
部品であつて、上記外部電極がメツキ被膜で形成
されていることを特徴とする圧電部品。
