Claims (1)
- 振動電極部と該振動電極部から延設された引出
電極部とが圧電基板に形成されていると共に、上
記圧電基板に両面が、所定のクリアランスをもつ
て保護基板で保護され、かつ引出電極部が外部電
極部と導通した圧電部品であつて、上記各保護基
板が、同色の高誘電体材料で形成されていること
を特徴とするチツプ型圧電部品。
