Claims (1)
- 入力信号に応答して光信号を発生する発光素子
と、前記光信号を受光して光起電力を発生する光
起電力ダイオードアレイと、前記光起電力ダイオ
ードアレイの光起電力をゲート・ソース間に印加
されてドレイン・ソース間の導通状態と非導通状
態が切り替わる出力用ＭＯＳＦＥＴと、出力用Ｍ
ＯＳＦＥＴのゲート・ソース間の放電径路を構成
する制御回路と、出力用ＭＯＳＦＥＴの出力端に
その入力端が接続されたダイオードブリツジとか
ら構成されたことを特徴とする半導体リレー回路
。
