- 気相成長室内に水平回転式保持台を備えてなる
気相成長装置において、前記水平回転式保持台を
、基板を保持して回転する回転円板と、該円板を
回転自在に収容する受台と、回転円板に回転力を
付与する回転駆動手段とから構成すると共に、前
記回転円板と受台との間にボールベアリングを介
装したことを特徴とする気相成長装置。
