- 表面に導通部を有する基板どうしを連結する金
属製の基板用スペーサー本体と、この基板用スペ
ーサー本体に一体化され且つ前記基板表面と基板
用スペーサー本体との間に介在する絶縁部材とか
らなる基板用スペーサー。
