２５……トランジスタ（発熱素子）、３８……金
属基板、４０，４１，４３……配線パターン。
ので、第１図はスイツチングトランジスタとサー

Claims (1)
- 発熱素子及びこの発熱素子の異常発熱を検知し
て前記発熱素子を含む回路動作を停止又は抑制す
る感温素子を備えた保護機能付き回路装置におい
て、前記発熱素子の発熱部を金属基板上に絶縁被
膜を介して形成された配線パターン面に面接触さ
せて実装し、その配線パターン面と同一面上に前
記感温素子を面接触させて実装したことを特徴と
する保護機能付き回路装置。
