  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 バイアス電圧が印加され入力パルス光を光／電
    気変換する受光素子と、 該受光素子と接地との間に直列に接続された負
    荷抵抗と、 該負荷抵抗と並列に接続され前記入力パルス光
    のパルス波周波数におけるリアクタンスが該負荷
    抵抗の抵抗値より十分大きくかつ直流抵抗値が十
    分低いインダクタンス素子と、 前記負荷抵抗の両端の電圧を増幅してパルス出
    力を取り出す増幅器と を備えたパルス光の受光回路。
