  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板上に複数の回路素子が搭載され、前記
    基板の側辺周端部から複数の外部リード端子が導
    出された集積回路基板に前記回路素子を密封封止
    するケース材が固着一体化されてなる混成集積回
    路において、 前記ケース材の一側辺周端部は前記基板の周端
    辺より水平方向に導出された突出領域を有し、前
    記ケース材の突出領域の先端部に凸部を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (2) 前記外部リード端子は水平方向でない方向
    に導出されていることを特徴とする請求項１項記
    載の混成集積回路。 (3) 前記ケース材の突出領域は複数に分割され
    ていることを特徴とする請求項１項記載の混成集
    積回路。 (4) 前記回路素子は複数のパワー素子を有する
    ことを特徴とする請求項１項記載の混成集積回路
    。
