Claims (1)
- 電極を備え、レーザガスで満されたレーザ管と
、前記レーザ管に接続して、レーザガス中の不純
物を除去するガス純化装置と、前記レーザ管端部
に設置され、前記レーザ管の気密を保持しながら
前記レーザ管外部から内部に貫通しているシヤフ
トで回転動力を伝達する磁性流体シールカツプラ
ーとから少なくとも構成されたガスレーザ装置に
おいて、前記レーザ管側の端部に少なくともガス
の吸い込み口と吐き出し口と前記シヤフトに固定
された複数の羽根とからなるガスを送風する手段
を付加した磁性流体シールカツプラーを用い、か
つ前記ガスの吐き出し口を前記ガス純化装置に接
続したことを特徴とするガスレーザ装置。
