Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ キヤビテイーに至る注入高分子材料の通過路
の内周壁面に耐熱・離型性樹脂を固着して成るこ
とを特徴とする高分子成形用注入金型。 ２ キヤビテイーに至る注入高分子材料の通過路
の内周壁面に、それより若干大きい外径を有する
耐熱・離型性樹脂製円筒体を嵌合固着して成るこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の高分子成形用注入
金型。 ３ キヤビテイーに至る注入高分子材料の通過路
の内周壁面に、それより若干小さい外径を有し且
つその外周面を接着予備処理した耐熱・離型性樹
脂製円筒体を接着剤を介して接着して成ることを
特徴とする請求項１記載の高分子成形用注入金型
。 ４ 耐熱・離型性樹脂がポリテトラフルオロエチ
レン樹脂、テトラフルオロエチレン〜ヘキサフル
オロプロピレン共重合体、ガラス繊維強化シリコ
ーン樹脂、芳香族ポリアミド強化シリコーン樹脂
の中から選ばれた１種であることを特徴とする請
求項１記載の高分子成形用注入金型。
