Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レンズを保持したレンズホルダの一端に発光素
子を取り付け、他端に光コネクタのフエルールを
嵌めるスリーブとフエルールのストツパとさらに
光コネクタを取り付けるねじを有するレセプタク
ルを溶接等で固定したレセプタクル形光半導体の
結合器において、 レセプタクルを、 熱伝導率、熱伝導度が比較的小さく、不純物の
少ない材料であるＳＵＳ６３０、ＳＵＳ４３０等
製で、レンズホルダとの接続壁の中心にレンズを
対向して透孔を設け、その接続壁の内面をストツ
パとし、このストツパと同一面の透孔の中心に、
発光素子から出射されて広がつた光がレンズによ
つて絞られて照射されるようにした溶接リングと
、 加工性がよいＳＵＳ３０３等製で、中心にスリ
ーブを形成し、外周に接続用のねじを刻んだ光コ
ネクタ接続部とを一体に接続して構成したことを
特徴とするレセプタクル形光半導体の結合器。
